Standard delivery costs £3.99. Shipping is FREE for orders of £90 and over. If you require your products faster, express shipping costs £5.99.

It takes 1-4 days to process the order, then we aim to ship out all orders within 24-48 hours. You can choose standard Tracked 48 or express Tracked 24 delivery.

If you place an order on a weekend or during a holiday, please note that our processing times might be slightly delayed. Our team will process your order on the next business day after the weekend or holiday. Rest assured that we are committed to fulfilling your order ASAP.

After the product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your order.

If you receive a damaged order, please contact us via email. We will refund or replace your order. Please note that we will need proof of this as we will need to file a shipping claim with the courier.

Order and delivery changes can be done via email. Please note if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

If you would like to return your item, you’re free to do so within 30 days after placing your order. Please see our Return Policy and email us sandra@smcandlestudio.co.uk to start a return.

We use an all-natural, non-toxic soy wax. Soy wax is a much healthier option for us as it doesn't emit any nasties into our atmosphere unlike non-renewable paraffin waxes that can contain carcinogenic substances which are harmful to our bodies.

We use high quality fragrance oils that contain a mixture of natural plant based oils. It is also paraben free and is suitable for vegans. Our supplier only buys ethically sourced products and all candle fragrance oils are not tested on animals.
