~ Our candles are hand-poured to order using high quality ingredients. None of the products used to make our candles have been tested on animals.

~ There might be a slight colour difference due to different monitors and lighting environments.
~ Sometimes candles may develop frosting also known as "candle frosting" or "candle bloom," it’s a natural and common occurrence in soy wax candles. It refers to the white, crystalline, or frosted appearance that can develop on the surface of a soy candle over time. Remember, soy candle frosting is a natural characteristic of soy wax candles and does not affect their performance or quality and also means that your wax is 100% natural. 
 
~ Processing time: It usually takes 1-4 days to make and dispatch your candles, we’re working as fast as we can and we’re despatching the orders as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience! 

~ Fragrances: Every scent is unique and some of them may smell stronger than the others. We use only high quality fragrance oils and we use a maximum load for each candle.
